The support for this plugin is actually the BEST developer support I have ever received. I sent a request and immediately received a reply with a couple of questions and an offer to have an online meeting so they could troubleshoot, which Bronia quickly scheduled. Service was good, The person who helped me with my issue was very thorough in making sure I got through each section and fully understood it. The main point of feedback I would give to make my experience more seamless is the following; there were some small language barriers, although minimal and mostly relating to accent. Another difficulty was more on my end not knowing proper terminology, It would have been helpful if they could have explained what the terms they used meant. But I could have also done more to ask. So I can’t complain too much. All in all the issue was resolved and they did a great job. Thank you!
