THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS ADDITIONAL TERMS 

ELEXtensions™ products may include or integrate data, APIs and/or software from third parties.

In addition to the rights and restrictions set forth in the agreement(s) that you have entered into with member(s) of the ELEXtensions™, your use of ELEXtensions™ products or services is subject to the following terms:

You must obtain all prior approval for control and redistribution of third-party provider data, software, or services. You are responsible for any and all costs and fees associated with agreements entered into with any such third-party provider. If a third-party provider ceases to make its service available to ELEXtensions™ or requires ELEXtensions™ to suspend or terminate the provision of all or any part of its services to you, or if ELEXtensions™ terminates its arrangements with the third-party provider, then ELEXtensions™ may suspend or terminate that part of its data or services immediately without notice or further obligation to you.

Except where you have entered into a relevant written agreement directly with a third-party provider, you have no contract with any third-party provider in respect of the supply or use of any third-party data or services. Third-party providers do not owe you any duty of care with respect to its data or services, nor do they accept any responsibility for them. If an implied contract or duty should be held to exist, ELEXtensions™, as the integrator for each third-party licensor and solely for the purpose of the following exclusion, disclaims all liability of each third-party licensor for any of your losses that may arise under that implied contract or duty.

You expressly agree that your use of third-party data, software, or services is at your own risk. Accordingly, the third-party providers will not in any way be liable to you or any other entity for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, delays, damages, claims, liabilities, or losses, regardless of cause, in or arising from the use of the third-party data contained in ELEXtensions™ products and services.

1.0 SUPPORT

The hours of Support are Monday-Friday between 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM (IST) (GMT + 5:30) India.

All Support questions must be submitted via our helpdesk at https://support.elextensions.com/

All Support questions will be answered in around 8 business hours from the initial contact.

We offer Support to all Customers that have purchased our extensions at ELEXtensions™, ELEXtensions.com

We do not offer Support to customers that have purchased our extensions anywhere other than ELEXtensions™, ELEXtensions.com
If a customer is found to have downloaded, obtained any of ELEXtensions™ products from another source, the source of the download, distribution of ELEXtensions™ files is in breach of our Copyright & Website Licence terms, all matters will be investigated under the International Copyright Laws.

1.1 TERMS OF SUPPORT

Under the terms of Support, we must be granted administration access to the Website, or access via FTP in which our product was installed.

If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage, or hosting problems not caused by ELEXtensions™; ELEXtensions™ will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website.

WEBSITE LICENCE

Upon purchase of a product at ELEXtensions™, you purchase a Single or Multiple Website license.

The Website Licence includes 1 year of  Updates and Support. After the 1 year period, your Website Licence will expire, you will have no download access for the product/products from your ELEXtensions™ My Accounts Dashboard and you will have no updates available via your WordPress Website’s admin area.

Renewals are billed at 100% of the current price of the product, and you can review this on the product listing page on ELEXtensions.com. We advise you to keep your plugin updated so that you get all the new features that are being added to it. Updating a plugin will ensure that it continues to work seamlessly with the latest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress, and the updated APIs from integrated shipping carriers or third-party plugins.

The ELEXtensions™ Licence allows/authorizes you to use our products, the code and files remain the property and copyright of ELEXtensions™.

REFUNDS

ELEXtensions™ stands behind all of our products and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of our products. This we can guarantee.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery via email, download link, or ELEXtensions™ account download access, we do not exchange Products or Platforms.

It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the correct product. ELEXtensions™ will not guarantee an exchange/swap your extension for another extension.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ELEXtensions™, ELEXtensions.com, and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

ACCOUNT/SERVICE/SUPPORT TERMINATION

We ELEXtensions™, ELEXtensions.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion.

Reasons accounts are terminated:

  • Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions
  • A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior, threats, abuse or spam)
  • Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)
  • ELEXtensions™ demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.`

Upon termination of an account, all valid product license keys will be removed, all support will be terminated.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. DOWNLOADS/PRODUCTS

Products sold for download through ELEXtensions.com are the sole work of ELEXtensions™ and are provided “as-is” with no expressed or implied warranty or suitability claims. As the buyer, you accept all responsibility for all outcomes from installing and/or using the downloads sold through ELEXtensions.com by ELEXtensions™.
Extensions sold at ELEXtensions.com are tested on the Standard WordPress environment using the standard Themes built into the core and are duly tested prior to release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond ELEXtensions™ (ELEXtensions.com) responsibility.
All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment.
Moreover, all downloads are copyright to ELEXtensions™ and CANNOT be resold elsewhere. Doing so violates international copyright laws.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ELEXtensions™ or to products you purchase through ELEXtensions.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Karnataka, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ELEXtensions™ intellectual property rights, ELEXtensions™ may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Karnataka, India, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.. The Indian Courts award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
