Our website currently uses the FedEx, UPS, and USPS plugins from XAdapter. We wanted to offer our customers the cheapest shipping possible, regardless of their location. In order to do this, we chose to offer all three on our site. The challenge is that customers choosing different shipping methods was forcing our team to have to log into different sites. Now that we have these three plugins up and running, we can print the labels from the WooCommerce order page (prints directly to our Brother QL-1060N thermal 4″ printers) and the plugins handle all the data/billing info in the background. Regarding the support from XAdapter, they have logged into my site more than once to inspect the code and troubleshoot issues to help me install. I started with 1-site license, but upgraded all three to the 25-site licenses. We’re up to about 35 plugins on our website, but these three are the most profitable for us due to the time/labor savings! We’re doing about 30-40 orders a day across all three services — super nice to just click “print label” and whatever shipping method was selected….. out comes the 4×6″ sticker to go on the box!
