Category Rules: In this rule, you can apply an amount or a percentage of discount on the selected categories of products in your WooCommerce store.
Combi Rules: In this rule, you can create a combination of products, and offer a discount to the user who purchases that combination of products.
Category Combi Rules: Here, you can set the combination of categories. If a user purchases the products which come under those categories, an amount of discount will be offered to him.

Change All Items Price With Product Rules
Let us get started!
First, you can set an offer name, then the next step is to choose “All Products in Category” for applying this rule to all products in your WooCommerce store. The other two options are “Selected Products” and “All Products in Cart”. After choosing “All Products in Category”, you can find all categories in your store listed in a drop-down list. And you can set further filters on these products based on the Quantity, Weight or Price and set the minimum and maximum of their values. Next, you can choose which kind of discount you want to apply to all products in your online store. You can set a percentage, fixed amount or a flat discount. If it is a percentage or flat discount, you can set the percentage value, else, you can set the fixed amount to be deducted from each product price.
See an example:
In this, “OFFER2020” is the offer name. After selecting “All products in Category”, I have chosen Quantity as the standard to filter. No value has entered in Maximum Quantity, because this offer should be applied to all products without any restriction of quantity. Here, a 25% discount will be applied to all products in the WooCommerce store. After setting these attributes, you can simply save or you can go for some advanced settings if needed. There are options for setting the maximum discount amount, role-based pricing, discount duration and adjustment amount.
It is simple right?
Well, what if you want to apply these price changes to all the products in a particular category or number of selected categories?
