No products in the cart.
Looking at my DHL account information, we’re using DHL Express, We have two account numbers, one for import and one for export. I would assume that for purposes of shipping from the USA to UK and Europe, we would use our export account number.
On the shipping side, we need to be able to select DHL as the shipping option on the WooCommerce Order Detail page.
Can you please help?
Ideally, our WooCommerce DHL plugin would display the rates on the cart page, if :
- You have entered the correct account information.
- You have enabled the requisite services in the plugin settings.
If you are still not getting the rates, then we request you to enable the “Debug” option in DHL plugin settings. After that, place an order from the front end. You will get request and response information on the cart page.
Kindly provide us this request and response information in a text file.

Your issue is corrected now.
Root cause: You were selecting the wrong service. On selecting the correct service, we were able to see it in the cart.
Please select proper service, and try again.
Note: There are three services by the name “EXPRESS WORLDWIDE”.
