At ELEXtensions, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

After you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased do/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full, no-hassle refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 8 business days. But sometimes, the payment processor / financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

No refunds are provided after 30 days of your date of purchase. However, we want to ensure that you have the best customer experience, and are happy to help you troubleshoot or work through any issue you are facing.

Refund Exceptions

  • No refunds are provided for license subscription renewals. You can disable the automatic renewal anytime or request our support to do so, as late as the day before the renewal is due, from your reserved area in My Account > Subscriptions.
  • No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same plugin once before.
  • No refunds are provided for more than 3 different plugins. A maximum of 3 plugins in your purchase history on ELEXtensions can be refunded.

Request a Refund

To request a refund,

  1. If you are already in communication with the support team, you can request a refund in the same communication thread itself.
  2. To raise a new refund request, go to our support page, and raise a request.
  3. Fill in all the fields with appropriate details.
  4. Submit the ticket.

Our team will contact you back within a business day.

Payment of refunds

Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7-10 working days since your request has been approved.

If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account/funding source again. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us. Thank you for being with us!
