ELEXtensons Affiliate Program
We are happy to welcome you to our Affiliate Program. Our program helps you to earn a passive income simply by referring new users to our website.
When a new user clicks your referral link, signs up for an account & purchases an item from our website, you will receive a percentage of the price of the first purchase made by that user. The sum of money owed to you will be immediately credited to your own ELEXtensions account. If that sounds like something you want to do, read on to find out how it all works.
This text has to be held as an additional part of ELEXtensions General Terms and Conditions and everything defined in there has to be held as valid. In the case of inconsistencies between the two, ELEXtensions Affiliate Terms and Conditions prevail.
Below, you will find explained details concerning how “Becoming an Affiliate” works, payments & further details concerning the Affiliate Program.
Important Definitions
“User”, in these Terms and Conditions, is any subject browsing the Internet and coming to the ELEXtensions website and to the Affiliate page.
By “buyer” we refer to any user that has made a purchase in our marketplace.
“Affiliate” is any person adhering to ELEXtensions Affiliate Program and subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any reference to you, your, yours has to be held as a reference to the affiliate.
“ELEX”, “ELEXtensions”, “us”, “we” and “our” means or are references to Elula Tech Private Limited trading as ELEXtensions, a company duly registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India;
How ELEXtensions Affiliate Program Works
For each user coming to our website by means of a link or a banner that you have advertised, you can earn an amount equal to the agreed percentage of the purchase price of the first product bought by that user.
Every member automatically gets a referral code while signing up for the program. From your page on ELEXtensions, you will receive an affiliate link (or referral link) that includes the referral code. You can paste this link or image button on your website.
Any of your users coming to our store by means of that link and purchasing any product in our store will make you eligible to receive a percentage of the purchase price.
Referral Program Percentage:
The affiliate percentage for our one-time / subscription payment products is set as 20% of the purchase price. So, for example, if a user reaches us through your link and buys a product that costs $89 USD, your earnings will be $17.8 USD (that is, 20% of the product purchase price).
Other Details:
If your users visit our website, but they make a purchase only after 30 days term, you cannot be entitled to the Affiliate Program earnings anymore.
In order to be entitled to the Affiliate Program earnings, users that buy through your affiliate link must not be related to you or to your company.
In order to be entitled to the Affiliate Program earnings, users that reach our website shall neither have visited it before nor have an ELEXtensions account.
If a person clicks on your referral link and then later they click on someone else’s, yours is the one that counts.
Payments
In this section, you will find how payments of the Affiliate Program earnings will be made.
Minimum Threshold:
You are eligible for withdrawal of your earnings from your ELEXtensions account no sooner than 45 days from the end of the calendar month in which the Marketing Fees accrued and provided that the Marketing Fees payable exceed a minimum threshold of $100 USD. However, note that your earnings will not be paid automatically when the minimum threshold is reached. You have to place a request for the same. Alternatively, you can use the income coming from your Affiliate Program earnings (or part of it) for purchases on our website regardless of the minimum threshold. You must only be sure that the earnings in your account are enough to purchase the product you are interested in. If your Program account becomes inactive, any unpaid and accrued Marketing Fees may be subject to escheatment under applicable state law.
Deductions:
The Marketing Fees payable to you will be exclusive of taxes, refunds, and chargebacks, and we may offset such amounts against any Marketing Fees owed to you. You are responsible for any taxes payable in connection with the Marketing Fee, other than taxes payable in connection with our gross receipts or income.
Limitations:
Marketing Fees will not be payable to you for any purchase of ELEXtensions Services: (i) that is later canceled, refunded, charged back, or for which ELEXtensions does not receive payment; (ii) that occurred as a result of your breach of this Agreement, or while you were in breach of this Agreement; (iii) if the purchase does not occur within 15 days of when the user clicks on your Link; (iv) if, before making the purchase, the user has more recently clicked on the Link of another Program participant; or (v) that occurs after termination of this Agreement (collectively, an “Ineligible Transaction”). For clarity, Marketing Fees will be payable to the Program participant responsible for the Link that a user last clicks before purchasing any ELEXtensions Services. If we discover that we have paid you any Marketing Fees for an Ineligible Transaction, we may either require you to promptly repay the applicable amount, or we may offset such amount from future amounts payable to you under this Agreement. (vi) on which you already receive a revenue share or similar payment from ELEXtensions.
Payment Methods:
ELEXtensions keep your earnings safe until you request payment. Unless we decide to pay your earnings before, they will be kept safe for you until we get a request for payment from you.
Once you place a request for withdrawal, we will initiate the payment process and you will receive the payment by the end of the following month. If the end of the month happens to be a holiday, you will receive the payment the first following working day available. Payments will be done through PayPal or other payment methods the company decides from time to time and any possible expense for payment will be charged to you.
Payment Issues:
We will continue to hold your earnings if we’re not able to pay your earnings to you for whatever reason, including if:
- We do not have the correct payment details; We need an invoice with your address and contact details for accounting & filing purposes. The invoice can be sent through email or through Paypal.
- We can’t contact you using the contact details that you have provided;
- You have not made a request for payment; or
- You are asking for payment to be made to a person, or to an institution that we’re prohibited from making payments to at law or where there are limitations in the banking systems;
Currency Conversion:
Anytime we make a payment to you as an affiliate, you are responsible for all costs related to converting the amount of the payment from US dollars into your preferred currency. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).
Refund or Chargeback:
If the product is returned or if the customer requests a chargeback on the purchase we will withhold that portion of your earnings from your Affiliate earnings. We have a 30-day return period for all ELEXtensions products.
Things You Might Avoid
You cannot do any act that could be confusing, misleading or deceptive for users, inter alias, confuse them about the fact that your website is managed or authorized by ELEXtensions (e.g. by emulating graphic elements from our website).
Our trademarks or domains or intellectual properties are properties of ELEXtensions and you cannot use them, except for explicitly authorized banners and creativities made available here by ELEXtensions to our affiliates.
You cannot purchase a domain name, search engine keywords nor pay-per-click advertisements that use our trademarks or any possible variation of them, nor use texts that describe our products unless you receive our official consent.
You cannot act against users in any form that is a law violation, including spam, privacy, intellectual property violations, fraud, confusing actions for new users or links purposely made to deceive customers.
You cannot act in any way that is a direct or indirect contravention of ELEXtensions Terms and Conditions. You may not behave in any way that does not conform to our standards.
Legal Compliance:
You must comply with all laws that apply to Your Services and your participation in the Program, all privacy laws that apply to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information via Your Services, and all marketing laws that apply to any messages you send in connection with this Agreement. You are solely responsible for Your Services and your participation in the Program.
Prohibited Content:
Your Services must not contain any content that: (i) is violent or sexually explicit; (ii) violates any applicable law or infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property right; (iii) is in any way harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable; (iv) includes malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or (v) copies or resembles the look and feel of any ELEXtensions Services.
Prohibited Activities:
You will not:

- Mislead users regarding the purpose or nature of Your Services;
- Engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities;
- State or imply that you or Your Services are part of, affiliated with, or endorsed by ELEXtensions;
- Use any ELEXtensions Marks, or any similar variations, other than as permitted under this Agreement. This includes not using the ELEXtensions Marks in website meta tags, bids for paid advertising, search engine optimization, or press releases;
- Use, or register for, any domain name containing any ELEXtensions Mark or any similar variations;
- Attempt to artificially or fraudulently increase your Marketing Fees in any way, such as by generating transactions that are intended to be canceled;
- Bypass, circumvent, or avoid any restrictions employed via the ELEXtensions Services;
- Take any action that may burden any ELEXtensions Services, including by using automated scraping, crawling or monitoring tools not authorized by ELEXtensions; or
- Request or collect any account information from our users, including any ELEXtensions usernames or passwords.
- Offer cashback, rewards, or other incentives to drive traffic/sales via their affiliate tracking links.
- Use traffic that is generated by pay to click, pay to read, banner exchanges, click exchanges, CPV advertising, pop-up/under, SPAM, purchased traffic, or similar methods.
- Use cookie stuffing techniques that set the tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the referral link (for example a 1×1 pixel iframe).
- Bid on or use ELEXtensions trademark, trademark +, or misspelled keywords for the purpose of PPC on Internet search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, etc.)
- Use ELEXtensions trademark, trademark +, or misspelled keywords in their domain names.
Termination:
You or we may, for any reason, terminate your participation in this Agreement at any time upon notice. Following termination, we will pay you any unpaid Marketing Fees, if valid, that you earned prior to the date of termination. Immediately upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will be terminated, and you must remove any Link or any ELEXtensions Marks from Your Services.
Fairness Policy
We reserve the right to decide whether or not your use of the Affiliate Program complies with ELEXtensions Affiliate Program Terms or with ELEXtensions Terms and Conditions. For example, a referral originated from a coupon site where no big efforts are done to positively contribute to growing our business in a scenario where both the parties get the benefit, will be unqualified for the referral benefits. If we decide that your participation in the Affiliate Program does not comply, after official communication, we can withdraw your earnings and may disable your account.
ELEXtensions Affiliate Program is subject to a fairness and integrity policy that has to be respected, and that entitles ELEXtensions to consider revising for each unfair affiliate.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of any amended terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must terminate your participation in the Program.
