Why am I getting only one shipping method, while others are disabled in ELEX WooCommerce DHL plugin?

Customer:

I have installed the DHL plugin, and it works fine, but it only gives one type of shipping, everything else is disabled (greyed out). We need more types of shipping options to appear. We may be on a test server, and I don’t know how to change it if that is the issue.

Please advise.


ELEX Support:

We would request you to enable all the services on the plugin settings page.

Once you enable all the services, you will not face this issue again.
