We get the correct price for the single item but”There are no shipping methods available” for the case item

Customer:

We have 2 products – single item and a case of 12. We get the correct Stamps.com shipping price for the single item but get “There are no shipping methods available” for the case item. Cannot figure it out and we are getting quite frustrated. Please advise.


Support:

You did not have all the necessary services enabled in the plugin settings. Hence the case of 12 was not reflecting any shipping methods.

Kindly enable the services and the issue will be resolved.
