When an order goes over 5 kgs, the price needs to revert back to standard postage pricing. I cannot set up this case with the plugin.

Also, can satchel pricing override regular postage, when the regular post is the cheaper option?

For your query on orders above 5 kgs, we don’t understand when you use the term “Standard Postage Pricing”. Could you please let us know the service name so that we can answer you better?

If an item is over 5 kgs in weight, the postage option will the show all the regular postage options.

For orders above 5 kg, Australia Post will show rates for custom packaging options. Our plugin follows exactly the same logic that Australia Post incorporates.

You can try giving more than 5 kg in the Aus Post Calculator and check that only custom packaging options come up.
