Is there an option where I can Discount Shipping cost?

Customer:

I will be selling water in cartons and was wondering if there is a feature where I can take money off, or discount the shipping cost.

For example, if the cost for a carton of water is $15, I want to take off -$6, so the shipping cost will be $9.

Is this possible?

Our WooCommerce Australia Post plugin has a price adjustment feature.

You can add and subtract an amount or a percentage from the shipping service.
This feature is available in the plugin settings.
