I have purchased the upgraded version but my Woocommerce account is still running basic. Please help me finish setting up this plug-in. It would also be great get directions on how everything is gonna work together to make shipping easy.

You need to first deactivate and delete the basic version of the plugin by going to installed plugins in WordPress dashboard.

Once you have deleted the basic plugin, then kindly upload the premium version of the plugin (which you can download from elextensions.com –> My Accounts).
