Error while Printing label: ‘DHL Create Shipment Error:100’

Customer:

While trying to print shipment label, we get the following error.

DHL Create Shipment Error:100 :
Validation Failure:Site Id is wrong

Please help.

ELEX Support:

There are two possibilities this error might occur. Please check for the same.

1. If the credentials are not correct – Verify the credentials from DHL.
2. If the origin country of shipping is different from the country for which the account is valid –  Kindly set your origin country as mentioned in your DHL account.

This will resolve the issue.
