Easily Generate DHL Return Labels using WooCommerce DHL Express Auto-Generate & Email Labels Add-On

No matter how much you avoid, product returns are bound to happen. Your customer might return your item due to various reasons, hence you should be well prepared on how to handle return shipments on your WooCommerce store.

Before you configure the add-on, make sure you have properly configured the plugin settings. You can read the product documentation to understand each setting in detail.

Once you are done with plugin settings, it’s time to configure the add-on.

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Express > Auto Label Generate Add-on.

To understand the add-on features in detail, read the add-on documentation. However, to enable generating DHL return labels, you need to select the “Both shipment and return label(s)” option in the Auto Label Generation setting, as shown in the screenshot below.

Save the add-on settings after you have configured them.

In the front-end, a customer places an order as shown in the sample screenshot below.

Once the order is placed, the email recipients that are Customer, Shop Owner, and Custom email recipient will receive an email with both shipping and return labels, in addition to the shipment tracking URLs, as shown in the below screenshot.
