Certain shipping classes show in the cart whether they are checked or not

I’m having an issue with this plugin. Certain shipping classes show in the cart whether they are checked or not. For example, every box can be unchecked and “first class” and “priority” still show up. Also, Priority shows $5.75 no matter what until you add enough items to the cart that you have to ship in two boxes, then it doubles. If you try to use the price adjustment, it only works on priority express.

This is a Stamps API issue, as Stamps returns rates even for the boxes which are smaller in size than the requested ones.
