Why do I get fatal error, when debugging is on, or off in ELEX WooCommerce DHL plugin?

Customer:

Why do I get a fatal error, when debugging is on, or off in WooCommerce DHL plugin?

Dhl, debug mode is on – to hide these messages, turn the Debug mode off in the settings.
Fatal error: Call to a member function needs_shipping() on a non-object in /www/demo/demo012345d/shop/demo/wp-content/plugins/dhl-paket-woocommerce-shipping/includes/class-wf-dhl-paket-woocommerce-shipping-admin-helper.php on line 566

It appears to be related to the specific address. I tried several variations of the address; it doesn’t work.

ELEX Support:
