No products in the cart.
I get the following message on my cart page:
There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.
Sometimes, we forget to enable the plugin settings. We request you to tick the checkbox “Enable DHL” field in plugin settings and save the changes.
Next, go to the cart page and put the destination in the cart. You will get a DHL Request and DHL Response fields. Click on reveal and then copy all these information into a text file and send it to us.
We will analyze this information and resolve your query.
I have already checked “Enable DHL”. Even then, the error has occurred.
ELEX Support :
We see that you have not assigned any dimensions to your product. The DHL API calculates rates on the basis of product dimension and weight.
We assigned some dimensions and we are getting the rates. Kindly check the attached screenshot
Note – We have removed the dimensions, so please assign dimensions to all products.
