I’m trying to process an order online and my plugin keeps saying my stamps.com authentication has failed. There is money in my account the package is straight forward (just a priority mail package under 2lbs in a 12x9x3 box) worked two days ago and now – not so much.
Authentication failed error usually appears when the User Id and the password is not correct in the plugin settings
Kindly check the User Id and password.
