EasyPost plugin doesn’t display any shipping option on Checkout. It says No Shipping option is available

Customer:

I have an issue, the EasyPost plugin doesn’t display any shipping option on checkout – it says Non-Shipping option is available. I also enabled the debug mode, it says “Product is missing dimensions 1x1x1”.
Could this be the cause of the problem?

You are correct.

If the dimension for the product is missing it can lead to the problem with the shipping.

We will request you to try to enter the Dimensions and in case if the issue persists after that, please let us know.


Customer:

First class mail in the list of shipping options, in admin I’ve it, selected: but in front-end, it’s missing.
Any ideas why?


Support:

First class mail can be used to ship items weighing up to 13 ounces. 

In case, if the weight in the cart is more than 13 ounce, the first class mail will not appear.

Availability of a service depends on the following metrics:

*Sender Address.

*Recipient Address.

*Product Dimensions and Weight.

You can check on the USPS calculator as well, whether the First class mail is returned for your metrics or not.
