Setting up DHL International Live Shipping Rates and Shipping Labels for WooCommerce:

Step 1: Download, install and activate the plugin. This will let you configure DHL shipping for your WooCommerce.  Access the plugin settings from Plugins > Installed Plugins > DHL Express / eCommerce / Paket Shipping plugin with Print Label >DHL Express. Step 2: In the general settings tab, you can find the Enable/Disable DHL shipping services. You can choose to enable Real Time Shipping rates, DHL shipping labels for the generated shipments, DHL shipping insurance, and a developer mode. Using the DHL shipping insurance option you can provide cover for the DHL shipments. The developer mode can be used to debug any possible errors and compatibility issues.

Ensure the Enable Real-Time Rates and Enable Shipping Label checkboxes are marked. For packages generated, you can then generate DHL shipping labels for all packages created using the plugin. The Real Time Rates option enabled will allow the plugin to communicate with the DHL servers to fetch live shipping costs and display them to your customers.

Step 3: In the General Settings tab, you will need to provide the physical address of the WooCommerce store. This is used to calculate the shipping rates for packages as well as in creating DHL shipping labels. The plugin automatically pulls the default currency with which your WooCommerce is configured. There’s a Conversion Rate field with which you can convert your default currency into USD.

Step 4: In the Rates & Services tab, choose which DHL services you wish to show or hide from your WooCommerce customers. Enable Show Delivery Time to display estimated delivery dates for DHL shipping options to customers at checkout. What’s more, you can also choose to show or hide DHL Account Rates.

By enabling the Show Break Down Charges the plugin will show the shipping costs in detail to your customers. This adds another level of transparency. From the Show/Hide section in the Rates & Services tab, you can choose to show which DHL shipping rates are displayed to your customers. Marking the Show Cheapest Rates Only box will signal the plugin to show only the Cheapest Rates to customers instead of all returned shipping rates.

Step 5: Using the Method Config section you can choose the countries that you wish to make available the enabled DHL shipping services to. In this section, there’s a Method Title/Availability field. Using this field you can provide a custom method title instead of the DHL shipping service names. The plugin by default is configured to offer the shipping services to all countries. By selecting the Supports Specific Countries you can choose the countries you wish to make the enabled DHL services available to.

If you have enabled Shipping Insurance in step 3, you can configure the countries to which you wish to offer insurance using the Insurance for Specific Countries field.

Step 6: Using the Working Days and Cut-off Time section, you can choose the working days for your WooCommerce store. Cut-off times and the Working days are used to signal shipments for DHL for orders placed on your store. If an order is placed after the Cut-Off time, the plugin will create the shipment for the next day.
